The owner of ICS, Bill Keys, has over twenty years experience in advertising, with over ten years in website design. He has worked in advertising and broadcast production in small, medium and large U.S. markets, and has created everything from television commercials for a local funeral home to nationally-shown print and broadcast ads for Chevrolet.  Bill currently runs ICS out of a home office, and thanks to the internet, serves clients from all over the U.S.
